Jaroslav has worked as a sports education teacher, in coaching, military physical conditioning and exercise science professional, in both private and military settings across Australia and Europe. This popular service uses the right blend of exercise, science and massage therapy to prepare the body for extreme conditions.
The Bodyharmonix method of conditioning is a unique combination of exercise routines originating from various sport and life activities which target the goals of the client. We like to think of it as 3D training. We engage with the human body on a transverse plane and that’s because we understand how the human body moves on a physiological level. Almost all human movements happens on a 3 dimensional level and we train your body in just the same way.
We work on the human body as a whole structure, understanding that every part of the body connects to another part in some way. Training individual parts of the body will do more harm in the long term. Biomechanical training and exercise focus on finding the right symmetry for human movement.
